• Structure:
  R.C.C framed structure solid block masonry walls plastered with cement, fine finish.
• Flooring:
  Good quality 1.5x1.5 ceramic tiles for entire apartment. 2x2 vitrified tiles lobbies’ exterior cement tiles for path ways and external lobbies.
• Doors and Windows:
  Best quality hard wood doors, aluminium with smooth finish and security iron grills. Bath room doors shall be of syntax or equivalent material.
